QASA Work Readiness Programme

Are you a Quadriplegic or Paraplegic who wants to move into permanent employment? Then the QASA Work Readiness Programme is for you!

The QuadPara Association of South Africa (QASA) have launched the Work Readiness Programme which is being facilitated at QAWC in Durbanville, to bridge the gap to employment for our Members who are Quadriplegics and Paraplegics.Work Rediness Programme

Over an eight week period, 6 enthusiastic, motivated and diverse Members will operate in a simulated workplace, moving through 14 modules including team work, business ethics, basic business finance productivity and time management, communication in the workplace and more! Over this time each of these individuals involved will have the opportunity to grow significantly both personally and professionally.

Psychometric assessments continue to be used as a tool for professional development and career guidance, which continue to assist the candidates in their professional development as well as using a strengths based approach towards career development.
